Join us for our 18 months Graduate Program starting in July 2027.

You'll get the chance to work with our highly professional teams and show us your capabilities. Your delivery and contribution during the program will shape the scope of your future at Red Bull.

Realize your talent! 

Get to know the world of motorsports marketing within a Red Bull country organization.
Generate insights and new/unexpected ideas by thinking creatively and out-of-the-box to support cross-departmental motorsports marketing projects and initiatives. Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.

  • ATHLETES

    Develop a deep understanding in designing, nurture & establishing a targeted, credible, and efficient motorsports athletes’ program by supporting our Motorsports Team in managing the motorsports athletes and executing motorsports athletes’ projects, initiatives & activations. Drive innovation and support to set up a strong and efficient network in the national motorsports’ athletes’ scene.

  • ACTIVATIONS

    Deep dive into the world of Red Bull’s Motorsports race series cooperations by supporting the National Motorsports Manager. Assist in organizing motorsports marketing activations by taking over defined parts of major motorsports third party cooperations and realize smaller initiatives and projects at the German key race series on your own.

  • EVENTS

    Get to know the motorsports event business by supporting the team in executing Red Bull owned motorsports events. Learn to organize and execute an efficient event planning on a professional level and work closely with the internal project team, external agencies, motorsports athletes, and participants. Develop an understanding of the day-to-day event business that includes for example production, activation, participant services and budget controlling.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in sports, economics, event management or similar
  • Proven excellence in your academic life
  • Relevant work or internship experience in the motorsports/ automotive industry, motorsports-, events- or marketing agency, motorsports institution or federation is a plus
  • A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
  • Open, creative and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent networking & communication skills
  • Good computer skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English & German (written, spoken), additional languages considered a plus
  • Travel 20-30%
