Motion Designer

As a Motion Designer at Fanatics Sportsbook, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing high-quality motion graphics projects that resonate with our target audiences. You will work closely with our creative team to develop compelling visual narratives, animations, and effects that elevate our clients' brands and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphics projects.
• Design and animate engaging visuals for a wide range of digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Create visually stunning title sequences, transitions, and other graphical elements for videos and multimedia projects.
• Incorporate internal feedback and iterate on designs to ensure they meet project objectives and exceed expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design and animation techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional visual experiences.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program.

*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $78,000 to $105,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
