We are currently recruiting a Motion Designer to join our Design team. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to inject their unique approach into continually raising production standards, while being part of a talented team of directors, designers, editors, and producers who will push your work and have your back.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate promotional content including on-air promos, digital ads, social media assets, and campaign materials across the Foxtel, BINGE, Kayo Sports and DAZN portfolio
• Independently own smaller briefs end-to-end while supporting senior creatives on larger campaign projects, delivering work accurately and on time. 
• Translate creative briefs into compelling, purposeful motion that resonates with audiences across broadcast, social, and digital platforms
• Uphold and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables while working within allocated budgets and timeframes
• Stay across emerging trends in motion design, broadcast graphics, and digital content, with a commitment to growing your skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, and motion design practices

About your experience

• 3 years + experience producing motion graphics in an in-house agency or creative studio environment (experience in live/media broadcast highly desirable)
• Solid grasp of animation principles, typography, composition and visual storytelling. Experience also working within and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Working knowledge of Maxon Cinema 4D and Figma also desirable.
• A self-starter and the ability to embrace constructive feedback, iterate rapidly, and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.  
• Interest in the entertainment, media, and sports broadcasting sectors highly desirable
• Tertiary qualifications in Arts, Advertising, Communications Design, or Creative Writing, or graduation from an industry program such as AWARD School, are highly desirable.
