Are you bursting with creativity, passion, and a love for sports? Redtorch, a leading research & creative agency, is seeking a talented Middle-Weight Creative to join our team. We want to hear from you if you’re skilled in graphic design and video editing, brimming with curiosity, and ready to make your mark on the world of sport.
Reporting to our Creative Director, you’ll help us deliver exceptional campaigns and brand identities for some of the biggest names in the sports world.
This hybrid full-time position requires 3 days in the Redtorch office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) based in King’s Cross, London. You’ll thrive in our fast-paced agency environment, where creativity meets the excitement of sport, and every project is a chance to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, maintaining high standards in typography, composition, and overall graphic design.
- Develop eye-catching motion graphics and edit engaging video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute fresh, innovative ideas for our sports-focused clients.
- Assist in maintaining consistency with branding guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Help build the Redtorch brand.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep our work cutting edge.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A good level of understanding of video editing and motion design, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- An eye for detail in typography, layout, and composition.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work in both design and video.
- 2-3 years agency experience
