OVERVIEW
CAA Brand Management is currently seekinga Mid-Weight Graphic Designer.
ABOUTYOU :
You’rea creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of creating concepts from brief to final exquisitepiece. Your work is underpinned by a strong appreciation of current design and fashiontrends,you love typography and you have an eye for detail. You will work under our multi-disciplinary design team to provide support throughout all stages of projects.
Main Responsibilities to include, but limited to:
Lead medium-sized projects independently.
Translate brand strategy into commercially relevant creative concepts.
Create style guides, category toolkits, trend presentations, and sales materials.
Work directly with Brand Managers toidentifyopportunities for brand extension.
Present creative thinking internally and confidentlyexplaindesign rationale.
Support junior team members and provide informal mentoring.
Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Identifyopportunities to improve processes, templates, and creative systems.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
A diverse,well-roundedportfolio thatshowcasesyour creativity, versatility,& technicalskillset.
Experience presenting pitch decks.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Good Illustration/Asset Creation.
Exceptional presentation/storytelling skills.
A stronginterest in typography and design.
Strong Motion graphic skills.
