Your mission

Merchandising & Strategy:

  • Manage all merchandise/product-related matters across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with brand and market strategies.
  • Execute global and regional merchandising strategies, integrating corporate objectives with local market needs.
  • Define and implement product assortment strategies for each RBU, ensuring competitiveness and differentiation.
  • Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, and consumer trends to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop seasonal merchandising plans to optimize sales, gross margins, and assortment across all relevant channels (DTC, franchise, wholesale).

Sales, Pricing & Forecasting:

  • Define and implement pricing strategies, benchmarking against industry standards to maintain competitiveness.
  • Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, trend analysis, and market insights.
  • Analyze sales performance, track account buying trends, and forecast future sales volumes to optimize stock levels and assortment.
  • Finalize buying plans tailored to all divisions of responsible RBU’s, ensuring alignment with local consumer demand and corporate objectives.

GTM (Go-To-Market) & Showroom Support:

  • Develop and present seasonal business plans and product strategies to key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Channels).
  • Support teams with tools, analytics, reports, and presentations to enhance sell-in effectiveness.
  • Lead showroom preparation and VM activities before sell-in periods.
  • Oversee sample ordering, tracking, and inventory management for tradeshows and product launches.

Assortment & Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Develop and execute assortment strategies for all divisions of responsible RBU’s, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand positioning.
  • Manage seasonal product journeys, pricing, and lifecycle across all categories.
  • Collaborate with sales , retail merchandising and marketing teams to identify key trends and ensure product collections align with cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee exclusive product developments and special projects to drive differentiation in various sales channels based on market needs.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Maintain strong relationships with sourcing teams and oversee local production processes.
  • Provide seasonal updates on allocations, key initiatives, and launch dates to relevant departments.
  • Consolidate and place seasonal orders on time based on buying frequency.
  • Ensure timely product deliveries, track launch dates, and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize execution.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in footwear and apparel merchandising or product creation.
  • Strong understanding of key retail and digital performance metrics, including sell‑through, gross margin, and ASP.
  • Service‑oriented, with an open and collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a dynamic organization.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Detail‑focused, structured, and process‑driven.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
