Role Overview:
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering seasonal product ranges in alignment with the critical path and overall product strategy. You will contribute to the planning and execution of consumer-right assortment plans that resonate with partners, retailers, and shoppers alike.
Working closely with the merchandising team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of seasonal ranges—from initial concept through to final execution—ensuring timelines and commercial objectives are met. In addition to supporting broader team initiatives, you will take ownership of specific departments or categories, leading the creation and development process independently.
How you will make an impact:
- Take ownership of the delivery of seasonal product line plans and associated systems, ensuring:
- Creation and management of product data
- Accuracy and integrity of information
- Effective data management and maintenance
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to complete data inputs
- Timely upload of data into relevant systems
- Ongoing upkeep and updates once data is live
- Communication and system updates related to Team ID changes and player trades
- Manage the ordering, chasing, and approval of all product imagery via Airtable and coordination with US imagery teams
- Track and maintain accountability for all product approvals
- Drive actions and follow-ups across all merchandising-led key calendar meetings
- Own the end-to-end process for Hot Markets, Micro Moments, ISEPs, and Events, including:
- Management of the overarching Hot Market calendar
- Coordination of MTO handovers
- Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support to the wider product team
- Build market, competitor, and consumer reports; deliver benchmarking analysis and manage ad hoc data requests to support decision-making
- Support the delivery of product materials for product and sales launches, including:
- Catalogues
- Order forms and price lists in relevant currencies
- Key marketing styles
- SMS gathering, showroom set-up, and ongoing maintenance
- Manage and update the Local Print Programme Tracker
- Proactively contribute to cross-functional team processes, meetings, and reviews

Knowledge & Experience
- Experience working within a product management team or product-focused environment
- Proven track record in operational or commercial roles within a collaborative team setting
- Strong ability to self-manage workload and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Skilled in monitoring project progress and reporting outcomes effectively
- Confident communicator with the ability to build credible relationships with external partners
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on building trusted relationships across the business
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable results
- Capable of presenting ideas and gaining buy-in at a senior level

Where You’ll Work and What’s required:
You’ll be based at our Manchester office, working as part of a dynamic and collaborative Product team. This role involves regular cross-functional interaction with leadership and teams across the business, contributing to a fast-paced and commercially driven environment. We operate a hybrid working model, with an average of three days in the office and two days working from home each week. Occasional travel may be required for business needs, including team meetings, market visits, or partner engagements.
