Your mission
- Proactively monitor in-season inventory to mitigate risks of understock or overstock, ensuring product availability aligns with consumer demand.
- Drive the strategy to hit end-of-season Sell-Through (ST%) targets through precise tracking and corrective actions.
- Execute seasonal "inline" product buys in strict alignment with regional targets and historical performance data.
- Design and implement stock promotions and price reductions that align with Gross Margin (GM) objectives and stock-turn targets.
- Identify and prioritize top-performing items to maximize profitability through strategic replenishment and visibility.
- Manage in-season markdowns and promotional activities to clear aging stock while protecting brand equity.
- Coordinate the rollout of special collections in strict adherence to global launch dates and marketing calendars.
- Close relationship with Full Price Retail Stores, weekly/bi-weekly store visits
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive buy plans and follow-up reports to both local leadership and global counterparts.
Your talent
- 2-3 years of experience in the Retail industry (fashion/sportswear preferred)
- University Degree, preferably in a Business-related field
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal relations & communication skills.
- Service-oriented and open personality.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with a diverse workforce, intercultural understanding.
- Ability to work well under pressure, to manage a variety of tasks at the same time and within a dynamic organization.
- Proven MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
