Full Description
how you will make an impact:
Support assortment and pre-book planning with YOY financial comparisons, new item analysis, size selling, and inventory flow recommendations.
Lead weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting for sales, receipts, and inventory across leagues, departments, and categories.
Provide timely, accurate reporting and insights to help teams drive sales, manage margin, and react to business trends.
Identify key risks and opportunities, recommend actions, and influence cross-functional partners to execute on priorities.
Monitor inventory health and identify item-level over/under opportunities, especially during seasonal and event-driven moments.
Ensure POs are placed on time and event-based inventory is optimized for major sporting moments and hot market opportunities.
Partner closely with buying, planning, allocation, and finance teams to deliver plans that balance fan demand, speed, and financial performance.
Maintain strong data integrity across planning tools and continuously look for ways to improve systems and processes.
Support business-critical projects, process improvements, and team development initiatives as assigned.
what you bring to the team:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating with merchandising and planning partners.
High attention to detail, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in retail or eCommerce planning roles, preferably in a trend-driven business.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with merchandise planning systems (Oracle, SAP, BI tools).
Passion for retail, sports, and delivering great fan experiences through data and planning.

Jacksonville, FL
2+ years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or retail finance preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience in a fast-paced, trend-driven retail or eCommerce environment a plus
