THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a Paid Social Sr. Manager to support an in-house social team through campaign strategy, execution and management on the US Casino business unit. This role sits within the Casino Marketing organization and reports directly to the Casino Media Director. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a Paid Social team tasked with driving new customer acquisition and growing brand awareness.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage a team in the development and implementation of paid social media campaigns to drive efficient new customer acquisition and grow brand awareness.
  • Lead strategy and execution within paid social channels such as Meta, Snap, TikTok, X and Reddit, developing a close relationship with platform partners.
  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet or exceed benchmarks across multiple KPI’s such as conversion and reach.
  • Demonstrate an expertise on performance management and social best practices.
  • Develop, and oversee a robust test and learn framework centered around incrementality, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
  • Have a finger on the pulse of the changing Paid Social landscape, and an ability to recommend new paid media tactics, concepts, and approaches to Senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-channel, with larger paid media team to align on performance trends to ensure holistic team success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisition, Customer Marketing, Brand and Analytics teams to launch audience tests.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 6+ years of Paid Social Media experience at an agency or in-house preferred.
  • Deep knowledge & expertise of social platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, X, Reddit).
  • Comprehensive in-platform knowledge of social buying, campaign setup, optimization techniques and attribution.
  • Strong people management skills, with a desire to develop and grow junior team members.
  • Must have experience with performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with mobile app tracking solutions preferred (i.e. AppsFlyer).
  • Knowledge of iOS privacy restrictions + experience operating within those restrictions.
  • Ability to strategically assess opportunities and make data driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute high impact paid media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
  • Collaborative and willing to work cross-functionally.

The applicable salary range for this position is $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
