Full Description
As our Media Network Specialist you will be responsible for driving integrated communication across Paid, Earned, Managed, and Owned channels. Your role will encompass strategic content development, channel programming, communications planning, production management, and social opinion leader engagement. You wll work closely with the National Marketing Manager, defining and executing the national communications strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and owned channel (redbull.com) to amplify brand visibility and engagement. You will also oversees athlete and event communications, content production, media partnerships, and collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand & Consumer Collecting, Sports & Events, Trade Marketing, Global Sports and Event) to generate impactful word-of-mouth and maximize content reach. Communications
You will develop and executes the country’s strategic media direction by building a year-around engagement plan to deliver relevant and surprising content to the key playgrounds. You will also lead full year communication and activation plans of media, social media, athletes, opinion leaders(Earned channels) and Owned channels across all audiences & playgrounds to optimize our chance to be seen and engage consumers anywhere, anytime and any way by managing agencies, production houses and freelancers to effectively bring content to life. In addition you will develop innovative media network plans, utilizing strengths and differences of various partner platforms for programming and distribution as well as relevant media partners. You will be responsible for business-to-business communications, brand and product (can) communications, crisis, consumer affairs, data analysis and digital platforms.
Content Production
You will identify and develop great stories and content with our products, events, athletes, Social Opinion Leaders, Brand and Student Marketing projects to local network and puts plans into action. You will create and curate engaging ’beyond the ordinary’ content that excites and inspires an evolving consumer base.
Channel Management
You will support managed channels' growth in reach, followers, and engagement with right programming with global/local asset and vigorously engage in community management.
Social Opinion Leaders Engagement
You will build and maintain authentic relationships with key Social Opinion Leaders (SOLs) across relevant communities and playgrounds to amplify brand messages through earned advocacy. You will identify emerging and established voices who embody brand values and have strong influence within target audiences, including digital creators, cultural connectors, and niche experts. You will develop and execute strategic SOL engagement plans that integrate with overall communications and content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and cultural moments.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- In-depth understanding of the local media landscape, including all key channels: broadcast, print, digital media, influencers, and content creators, with an existing network of relevant industry contacts. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Comprehensive production knowledge across various formats, including photography, written content, and video/moving images.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects independently and efficiently.
- Proven ability to manage projects with a high degree of effectiveness, attention to detail, and time management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, tools, and developments in the digital and media landscape.
- University degree
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Travel 10-20%
