Full Description

The Media Network Intern supports the local Media Network team in executing and monitoring projects related to content production, social media, creators, owned channels and PR, helping to amplify Red Bull’s communication in Peru. This role contributes to the operational implementation of digital strategies, working closely with the Marketing team and external partners to ensure that Red Bull stories reach the most relevant audiences through earned, managed and owned media.

It’s a hands-on opportunity for a student passionate about digital culture, creators, and storytelling to learn how Red Bull builds its unique media ecosystem and connects with consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content & Production Support

    • Assist in planning and coordinating content productions around athletes, brand events, and marketing projects.
    • Help with logistics, briefings, and deliveries between internal teams, agencies, and production partners.
    • Support on-set operations during video shoots, live streams, or photo sessions.
  • Social Media & Channel Coordination

    • Help coordinating and monitoring posting schedules and content uploads for Red Bull’s managed channels (Instagram)
    • Support with copywriting, subtitling, and uploading assets to redbull.com and managed accounts.
    • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
    • Research social media trends, emerging formats, and relevant creators.
  • Creator Relations

    • Identify and support outreach to emerging creators who align with Red Bull’s tone and values.
    • Help coordinate creator collaborations and campaigns: sending products, sharing briefs, tracking posts, and collecting results.
    • Manage campaigns in the creators platform.
    • Assist in building long-term relationships with key content creators across sports, music, and gaming.
  • Media & Distribution Support

    • Support tracking of media coverage and compiling press reports.
    • Help maintain updated contact lists for media outlets, production houses, and partners.
    • Prepare presentation materials, media kits, and internal summaries.
  • Operational & Administrative Support

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as purchase requests, budget tracking, and document organization.
    • Collaborate with other marketing functions to align Media Network activities with Red Bull events and initiatives.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • University student in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • With a great attitude, self-confident, and full of energy.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented.
  • Previous internship or extracurricular experience in social media, content production, or influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital platforms and social media culture.
  • Interest in sports, music, gaming, and youth culture.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advance English level (spoken and written).
