Full Description
As a Media Activation & Partnerships Associate at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will help execute our media strategy with a wide range of partners for both Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Media Activation & Partnerships you will play a key role within the FBG Marketing team, as well as the wider Fanatics Betting & Gaming. This is a cross-functional role that offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing Marketing team in one of the fastest growing categories in the US. This is a hybrid role based out of the New York office.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Director, Media Strategy & Partnerships and Senior Manager, Media Strategy & Partnerships in the process of media activation through campaign development, measurement of campaign performance and media agency/vendor collaboration
- Create and own reports and presentations to inform key internal stakeholders of the performance of the media campaigns
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Brand, Partnerships, Legal) to ensure our brands are promoted properly across media executions
- Collaborate with agency partners on data-led projects and market research
- Monitor competition to identify new trends
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant Media or Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field
- Media agency experience and/or experience in sports preferred
- Baseline understanding of the role of paid media channels and media math
- Familiarity with common brand KPIs (e.g. Awareness, Consideration, etc.), their meaning, and their importance
- Possess a collaborative and can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and passionate about the sports media industry
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
- Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
- Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities
The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program.
*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $62,000 to $80,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
