Through the Fanatics platform, sports fans can buy licensed fan gear, jerseys, lifestyle and streetwear products, headwear, and hardgoods; collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sportsbook and iGaming platform. The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working intern with the ability to think creatively, be proactive and make clear, well-reasoned decisions. The successful applicant must be able to work collaboratively as a team and be a self-starter.

Internship positions are competitive and are paid positions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support various projects and business initiatives across the Indirect Procurement team
  • Mine complex and unstructured data sources for actionable insights
  • Develop, track and communicate metrics around process efficiencies and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate across businesses to drive cross-functional synergies and change
  • Maintain Procurement reporting tools and associated programs
  • Support ongoing communication, training, and system adoption

What We're Looking For:

  • Proactive, hard-working, intellectually curious and results-oriented
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Insightful, consistent and considerate communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a hybrid setting

The hourly range for this position is $30 to $45 per hour, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
