WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the MSC supervisor, while cross functionally working with our Nike Marketplace Partners such as Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Distribution Center.

As a team, we will provide support and service to Business Partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The MSC Specialist is responsible for coordinating reverse logistics activities to ensure the supply chain services for Nike Retail Partners. This role coordinates actions to ensure the plan while driving mutual growth and profitability, maximizing services, and optimizing order book productivity.

The MSC Specialist is responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure the reverse logistic target and implementing process improvement solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain and customer service.

  • Strong data analysis.
    Proficient in writing and speaking English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management software (SAP, ORACLE).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You might build the seasonal strategic reverse logistics plan using forecast information on a weekly, monthly, and seasonally timeline.

Collaborate as a team with planning and Nike squads to build the seasonal forecast and landing on monthly/seasonal goals.

Ensure quality, timely and relevant information to monitor and improve performance KPIs to maximize service & drive business decisions with business partners and identify and provide initiatives that drive continuous process improvement through the integrated Supply Chain.

Provide directions to the Distribution Center to hit targets caring services and costs and conduct weekly and monthly meetings with Nike Squads and Customers.
