We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Our mission in Pacific Supply Chain Solutions Delivery is to serve as the capability engine of the Pacific Supply Chain — translating strategy into action by designing, building, and scaling solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

You will report to the Territory Logistics Director and operate as a senior leader within the logistics team.

Key partnerships include:

  • Pacific Supply Chain Leadership Team

  • Logistics, DC Planning, Transportation, and Inventory teams

  • Integrated Fulfilment Planning (IFP) and Marketplace teams

  • Nike Technology (Territory, Geo & Global)

  • External partners where required (e.g., 3PLs, vendors)

This role offers high visibility and influence across the Pacific territory, with regular engagement at APLA Geo and Global forums. You will act as a connector and translator across business, technology, and operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a senior, outcome‑driven leader with strong supply chain and delivery expertise, capable of operating at both strategic and executional altitude. This role is accountable for end-to-end ownership of complex, cross‑functional supply chain capabilities, ensuring initiatives are successfully delivered, embedded, scaled, and value‑realized.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and complexity

  • Able to shift seamlessly between strategy and hands‑on delivery

  • A strong people leader who builds capability, not dependency

  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geos

Key capabilities & characteristics

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional supply chain or technology‑enabled programs

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end retail supply chains and marketplace operations

  • Ability to translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps and delivery plans

  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills

  • Technical expertise in supply chain systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, WCS) and automated warehousing solutions (Autostore/ASRS/ACR/AMR)

  • Hands-on experience in operational transformation and process improvement

  • Track record of developing high‑performing teams and future leaders

  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization

  • Strong analytical mindset; data‑driven decision maker

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the delivery and scaling of complex, cross‑functional supply chain capabilities across the Pacific. You operate at both strategic and executional levels - shaping direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are delivered, embedded, and deliver measurable business value.

  • You own multiple priority initiatives end‑to‑end - from shaping problem statements and delivery roadmaps through build, deployment, stabilization, and scale into BAU operations.

  • You spend your days navigating ambiguity: balancing competing priorities, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving decisions focused on the highest‑value outcomes.

  • You translate strategy into clear execution plans, lead governance and decision forums, and ensure ownership, risks, and dependencies are clearly defined and actively managed

  • You coach and lead Solution Delivery Specialists, building capability, setting standards, and creating scalable ways of working

  • You actively drive change and adoption, partnering with business owners to ensure new capabilities are embedded, adopted, and delivering measurable benefits post go-live

  • You represent Pacific Supply Chain in senior, geo, and global forums - driving visibility, influencing direction, and showcasing impact
