What you'll do as a Product Design Manager

  • Lead the end-to-end design strategy for trading and risk management tools, ensuring intuitive, data-driven, and scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with trading, data science, risk and engineering teams to identify pain points and opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Develop and prioritize a product design roadmap focused on efficiency, automation, and risk optimization within sportsbook trading operations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate complex data and risk models into actionable, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data science models and analytics into trading tools, improving trader decision-making and market efficiency.
  • Drive usability testing and feedback loops, ensuring designs align with trader needs and enhance operational workflows.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, trading strategies, and risk modeling advancements, shaping how our tools evolve to maintain a competitive edge.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on trading, financial, or risk management tools.
  • Understanding of sportsbook trading and risk operations – including liability management, bet flow analysis, and pricing models.
  • Experience designing data-dense interfaces that turn complex risk analytics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Traders, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define and execute a design vision.
  • Proficiency in Figma with experience building interactive prototypes.
  • Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills, ensuring scalable and intuitive solutions.
  • Passion for sports betting, trading strategy, and data visualization, with a deep appreciation for the speed and precision required in trading environments.
