Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Category Sourcing Management

• Lead and fulfil the development and implementation of procurement TECH category related strategies in alignment with relevant business partners, sourcing scope including GCA Digital hub , Delivery Hub, SCM & Retail & DNA Tech, covering the services of Application, cloud& foundation, connectivity, enduser& retail devices and infra services with around 35M EURO Spending
• Lead creation and implementation of sourcing and supplier strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards and guidelines.
• Lead and shape supplier selection processes in alignment with business partners, negotiate service scope, cost and contract term of routine category sourcing projects. Ensure transparency and openness in bidding and evaluation process. Conduct e-sourcing and catalogue sourcing to support tactical buying establishment for China scope
• Implement category supplier relationship management, supplier performance review and supplier database maintenance.
• Understand the supply market and keep routinely informed of industry specific conditions, evolution and leading-edge sourcing activities

1. Daily Procure to Pay Process Support

1) Handle daily procure to pay process

• Ariba PR/PO support
• Contract review and negotiation, and signing process support
• Vendor Creation/Update info validation and Vendor due diligence
• Aging GR /Open PO closure regular support to business

2) Bidding:

• RFP/RFI docs template preparation
• Overall led RFx processes
• Vendor recommendation sheet initiation and approvals Bidding support docs preparation (quotations and proposals) for audit

• Support Procurement to Pay process excellence

Experience/Skill Required:

• Minimum 5 years experiences in purchasing, ideally in multinational corporation, has IT procurement skill will be preferred
• Ability to lead develop sourcing strategies in order to face market trends
• Knowledge of stakeholders and supplier relationship management concept
• Capability to independently interact throughout the adidas cross functions
• Project and process management knowledge and Tech experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management
• Proficiency in MS Office and preferably SAP Ariba
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree or above
