WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Nike Direct Pricing Operations team supports day‑to‑day Digital and Store operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Operating at the heart of the consumer experience, the team ensures accurate pricing across all ND channels. You’ll be leading a team of 6 specialists and will be partnering cross‑functionally with Planning, Business Offense, Digital and Store Ops, Capability and (Global) Tech teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Nike Direct Pricing Operations Manager is a strong operational and people leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end pricing operations across Nike Direct in EMEA.  This role ensures accurate and consistent execution of pricing, markdowns, and promotions across all channels by leading, coaching, and enabling a team of Pricing Operations specialists.

The ideal candidate brings structure and clarity to complex, fast-paced environments, using data and insights to guide decisions and balance speed, precision, and commercial impact. They work cross-functionally to translate pricing strategy into scalable operational processes, while leading through incidents, removing blockers, and ensuring effective issue resolution through their team.

Operating within a fast-paced, consumer-driven retail environment, this role requires flexibility in working hours to support business continuity, including on‑call availability during weekends and public holidays.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the end‑to‑end pricing operations across Nike Direct in EMEA, ensuring accurate, stable and compliant execution of pricing, markdowns, and promotions across all channels (Digital, NSO and NVS). Through your team, you will enable business to operate at pace in a fast-moving 365 retail environment.

  • You are part of the Nike Direct Merch & Pricing Operations team, collaborating closely with Planning, Merchandising, Digital, Stores, Capabilities, Business Offense, and Tech partners across EMEA
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day pricing operations, ensuring data flows accurately through pricing systems and point of sale
  • You coordinate and lead incident resolution when pricing issues occur, guiding teams through urgency, root‑cause analysis, and clear communication
  • You partner with cross‑functional teams to translate pricing strategy into scalable, efficient operational processes
  • You manage and develop a high-performing team of Pricing Operations specialists, setting priorities, coaching performance, and building strong ways of working
  • You will drive continuous improvement across tools, dashboards, and processes to balance speed, accuracy, and long-term scalability
