Manager, Nature Execution

Purpose

A key player in Global Sourcing is driving the vision to become the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Support nature related issue within supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical advice to business, Sourcing Sustainability teams and suppliers.
• Guide and support ESG operations in program roll out and implementation.  Provide technical advice to ESG operations and suppliers in the event of compliance breaches and driving continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines in EU, US and our key sourcing markets.
• Define the program methodologies and tools to support program execution.
• Conduct materiality and risk analysis in global supply chain and provide recommendations according to aspects.
• Analyse performance indicators related to global supply chain performance within their area of expertise and provide clear summary on global supply chain performance.
• Identify the areas of risk and provide recommendations in respect of those risks, based on legal obligations, strategic commitments and/or adidas requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and knowledge among suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Identify and explore future value-added opportunities to enhance supply chain performance.
• Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.
• Role model leadership to foster a culture of Diversity Equity & Inclusion that strives for an inclusive workplace.
