Your mission

  • Support the operational framework of European Merchandising by maintaining reliable processes, tools, and systems that ensure smooth daily operations and future scalability.

  • Execute and manage the seasonal demand‑planning process from Line Freeze through Pre‑Order forecasting, ensuring accuracy and strong cross‑functional alignment.

  • Monitor and update regional demand plans throughout the season by partnering with Merchandising, Sales, Clusters, and Areas to reflect business and market changes.

  • Ensure master data and system accuracy, including correct style lifecycle mapping and planning attributes that support consistent forecasting.

  • Facilitate effective coordination between Merchandising and Marketing by ensuring accurate product information and supporting timely product‑readiness handovers.

  • Recommend improvements to tools and processes that enhance data visibility, increase planning efficiency, and strengthen decision‑making.

  • Manage KPI reporting and dashboard updates by providing insights that support leadership reviews and commercial decision‑making.

  • Collaborate with Merchandising Directors and Marketing Planning to improve workflows, reinforce process consistency, and support cross‑functional alignment.

  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of the seasonal regional product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and alignment with merchandising requirements.

  • Support and coordinate regional SMU/MFO/Commercial DealSMU processes by ensuring governance, prioritization, and clear communication across merchandising teams.

Your talent

  • 3–5 years of experience in Merchandising Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or similar commercial roles within retail, sporting goods, or consumer goods is required.

  • A strong hands‑on experience with seasonal planning cycles, forecasting processes, and merchandise data management.

  • Deep familiarity with ERP, planning systems, and PIM/PLM tools is essential, along with the ability to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues.

  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment—partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, SCM, Finance, and D&T—is important.

  • The role requires capabilities in coordinating seasonal calendars, product catalogues, samples, and GTM tools.

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills are needed, including KPI tracking and preparing insights for leadership.

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring team members, or acting as a senior contributor, is beneficial.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field is required, with fluency in English and additional languages considered a plus.
