Your mission
TheManager Marketing Events in Europeowns the regional eventstrategy, andexecutionacross sportsand Lifestylecategoriesin Europe.
The role is accountable for translating global event strategy intoregional events, setting standards,allocatingbudgets, and steering impactwith consumer events within thefullconsumer funnel.
Own the regional event strategy and annual event roadmap acrosscategories(Football, Running,Training,Sport styleetc.)
Act asa primaryregional counterpart to Global Brand & Event teamsandcluster/areamarketing managers (local language).
Collaborate with Category teams, Influencer,socialmediaand Media Planning teams to ensure events are fully integrated into full funnel consumer journeys
Activate Assets (Athletes,Clubs, Federations, Influencers, Celebritiesetc.) in collaboration with Sports Marketing andareas/clusters andsocial media/Influencer teams.
Own andallocatethe regional event budget and agency ecosystem
Define KPIs, ROI frameworks, and performance governance

Performance‑driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and evaluate ROI.
Strong influencing and communication skills to drive alignment and trust across markets.
