Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes. As HR Services strive to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure team’s management including coaching, training, motivation, and performance appraisal guidance.
- Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Team on a proactive basis.
- Support the e2e process in the resolution of difficult questions in the day-to-day operations.
- Develop and report on operational performance indications.
- Supervise the daily operations by adhering to the agreed SLAs
- Drive the improvement of the policy adherence and the required discipline in the processes in scope.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies;
- Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work;
- Effectively manage, develop and train the team;
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
- During transitions:
- Ensure proper process documentation and work instructions;
- Ensure proper preparation and ensure deliverables from team;
- Ensure proactive and positive cooperation with local teams during and after each transition
- Ensure that all processes are fully implemented in-house prior sign-off.

- Knowledge of languages Arabic & English must have (French is a plus)
- Excellent understanding and experience in corporate back-office Administration
- Strong customer focus as the basis of our business
- Knowledge of process management and process improvements
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources, with specialization in shared services or process management for a multi-national company (Back-office administration & Development)
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience, leading a team size of 5.
- Hands on experience with SAP HR, Successfactor, ServiceNow
- Fully qualified/trained in job, deep knowledge in HR Shared Service set-up
