WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Global Process Delivery Manager, Tier 1 is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Tier I Global Process Delivery team. The team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events, from hire to retire, and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete.

The Global Process Delivery Manager, Tier 1 will manage a team of professionals, and reports to the Global Process Delivery Director in EMEA. The role will collaborate closely with the other managers and leads in the Global Process Delivery team, as well as with other People Solutions teams (e.g. People Solutions Consulting, Payroll, Talent Solutions, Compliance etc.), to ensure seamless execution of foundational HR processes. The manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards across all processes and projects. This role will also assume a pivotal role in overseeing case (queue) management, ensuring the processes and projects managed by the Global Process Delivery team are understood and performed within SLA.

  • Ability to dive into complex issues and seek clarity and resolution in partnership with cross functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to relay complex and technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to anticipate potential issues, understand up and down stream impacts to decisions and build best possible solutions and processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • You lead, inspire, and develop a team of professionals to innovative services, processes or products that address current and future employee problems or needs within scope of hire to retire HR processes.
  • You manage team and individual performance aligned with team KPIs and People Solutions goals.
  • You manage and oversee HR operations, including employee data management, HR systems, and HR processes from hire to retire, inclusive of employee document records
  • You lead and embrace change within team on HR service delivery, applying best-in-class queue management.
  • You use data (KPIs, surveys, themes), proactively identify and react to key opportunities in the business and support solutions while providing insights to our partners on how programs, policies, and processes are delivered to and are experienced by our managers and employees.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency by being an expert with HR Operations expertise.
  • You ensure operational excellence delivering efficient and effective operations and uniquely Nike experiences.
  • You stay current on statutory regulations and ensure timely implementation to maintain compliance with applicable requirements.
  • You continually assess the efficiency of existing processes, providing operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution in collaboration with leads in Tier 3.
