Manager FP&A (Digital)

Area: Market GCA

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and forecast
 Prepare e-com full P&L actuals and RFC. Including but not limited to:
o Update actual tracking and prepare RFC by monthly basis.
o Set up pre-review meeting with business to review and discuss e-com performance.
o Communicates with other teams in finance communities.
o Cross functions communication, i.e., OMB, SCM, etc.
o Global communication about actuals and RFC update.
 At month end, track and update LE to ensure forecast accuracy.
 Proactively address potential concerns to related parties to mitigate risks in advance.
 Act as a Financial Consultant in Business Case preparation, analysis and monitoring in order to safeguard profitability of projects.
 Work with GBS, APAC team and global team for information synchronization.

Reporting and Analysis
 Analyse e-com performance and provide in-depth insights and support business decisions.
o Business performance analysis and KPI review (Traffic, Conversion, ATV, GMV, NS, etc)
o Operating overheads analysis.
o Profitability analysis, i.e., platform profitability, product profitability.
o Other project-based analysis.
 Prepare monthly actual reports and maintain e-com Database.

Month-end closing
 Closely work with GBS and monitor month-end closing status/deliverables
 Check CR / PO / GR status and provide accrual information to GBS team at month end closing to ensure complete and proper booking.
 Study and reflect latest accounting policy into P&L analysis.

System and Processes
 Ensure compliance with Business Case preparation and submission to relevant authorization levels.
 Develop useful analysis and reporting tools.
 Review, develop and ensure compliance with existing systems and processes.
 Proactively identifies issues and potential improvement and recommends solutions.

People Management

Knowledge/Experience:
• 4-5 years of accounting / FP&A experience.
• Experience with Global consumer goods brand a plus.

Competencies / Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership
• Self-motivated
• Quick learner

PC / Language / Other Skills:
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• SAP experience a plus.

• Educational Background:
• University degree or above.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
