Full Description
The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the full functionality of our US Energy Wear online store, www.redbullshopus.com. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including product management, website merchandising, marketing coordination, demand planning, and customer service oversight. You must have a strong background in e-commerce, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both global and local teams.
E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT
Oversee the end-to-end functionality of the US Energy Wear online store (www.redbullshopus.com).
Manage manual product entry for new collections and ensure proper website merchandising.
Coordinate with the web developer for consistent UX/UI and address any technical issues.
MARKETING COORINDATION
Develop comprehensive marketing plans for email and paid campaigns, aligned with US-specific goals and the global marketing calendar.
Organize weekly check-ins to track progress and ensure alignment.
Work with the global marketing team to obtain assets for product launches and campaigns.
Develop and execute US-specific marketing campaigns for events such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COORDINATION
Liaise with the customer service team to resolve escalated issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with the social media team on US customer inquiries.
Maintain the Shopify account for the Santa Monica Employee Store, including product updates and pricing adjustments.
DEMAND PLANNING & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Collaborate on the pre-order process for all sales channels (B2A/B2B/B2C).
Communicate regularly on incoming shipments and arrival dates to ensure timely product entry and merchandising.
Conduct weekly meetings to monitor stock levels, sales data, and place restock orders as needed.
STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPORTING
Develop business plans and adjust during key moments throughout the year based on performance and upcoming collections.
Prepare quarterly sales reports for the global legal team.
Supply monthly Red Bulletin subscription orders for fulfillment.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably on Shopify Plus.
- Vital understanding of digital marketing and demand planning.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Bloomreach, and other relevant e-commerce and marketing platforms helps.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
