Your Talent
- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- A Masters degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business planning or a related field, preferably in the retail sector with a focus on apparel / footwear
- Advanced expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in querying large datasets and developing complex data models.
- Proficient in data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Deep understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, data lineage, and metadata management.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and the ability to create user-friendly, impactful dashboards.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and their integration with BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modelling, machine learning, or statistical analysis, is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Solid understanding of business operations, key drivers, and financial metrics.
- Ability to align BI initiatives with strategic business goals and deliver insights that drive business performance.
- Experience in collaborating with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve processes and outcomes

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Manager of Business Intelligence to take the lead in harnessing data to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions within the Oceania region.
This role is ideal for a data expert with a strong business acumen who can independently manage the BI function, deliver impactful insights, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate for the Manager, Business Intelligence role is a strategic and technically proficient data expert with a strong blend of business acumen and analytical skills. You possess experience in BI tools and data modelling and are adept at translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
This self-driven leader excels in managing the BI function independently, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. You are an effective communicator who can distil complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. With a strong problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail, you ensure the delivery of accurate and impactful BI solutions that align with and advance organizational objectives.
