The Brand Manager at FWWC27 LTDA, FIFA’s Brazilian subsidiary responsible for the delivery of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 Brazil™, will support the implementation and localization of brand plans in line with the Tournament Brand Strategy. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the FIFA Brand team in Zurich, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of brand initiatives and the consistent application of the tournament identity across all touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation and localization of tournament brand initiatives in alignment with FIFA’s Brand Strategy and guidelines.
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for tournament brand matters, coordinating with internal stakeholders, project teams, and local organizing partners.
- Assist in the delivery of the tournament brand implementation plan, ensuring projects are executed effectively and according to agreed timelines.
- Coordinate brand-related projects from briefing through execution, ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.
- Support communication and alignment across the Brand and Marketing department and relevant internal and external stakeholders on tournament brand matters.
Develop and adapt locally relevant promotional materials in line with FIFA brand guidance.
- Coordinate the implementation of event dressing across tournament venues and official sites.
- Support the protection and consistent application of FIFA’s brand identity across all tournament-related activities and partner activations.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery, adaptation, and deployment of tournament brand assets, including marks, look and feel elements, mascots, trophies, printed and digital materials, and brand manuals.
- Partner with the internal creative studio and external agencies to develop, adapt, and localize tournament brand assets, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with FIFA brand standards.
- Maintain and distribute brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries, ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest approved materials.
- Monitor the implementation of brand standards across tournament projects and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency.
Education & Qualifications
- University degree, Masters or equivalent in Marketing or Business
- Experience in a global brand marketing function, preferred Sports Events or Entertainment
- Proven experience leading brand development and strategic planning process
- Demonstrated experience in leading go-to-market /360 launch plans
- Football experience a strong plus

- Mandatory previous experience in similar Brand role. Strong understanding of Brand Management framework and KPIs.

Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
