JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Manager - 3rd Party Platforms to oversee and manage our sales and operations across various third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, managing relationships with platform partners, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple channels. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, data analytics, and online retail strategies to increase profitability and brand visibility.

This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Ecommerce Sales Leader, and will work closely with the rest of the Fanatics Collectibles team.

RESPONSIBILITES

Platform Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of selling products on third-party e-commerce platforms, including account setup, listing products, and pricing strategies. Ensure optimal product visibility, search rankings, and customer experience across all platforms

Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share on third-party platforms.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales trends, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and growth opportunities.

Vendor Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact with third-party platform account representatives and maintain positive relationships to leverage promotional opportunities and stay informed on changes and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and customer service teams to align third-party platform strategies with overall business objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all 3rd party e-commerce operations comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to 3rd party operations.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • 5+ years related experience in eCommerce and proven experience working with 3rd party online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other major marketplaces.
  • BS/BA college degree required, MBA preferred
  • Strong curiosity, interest, and intrigue for the trading cards industry
  • Must have strong skills in strategy, customer data analytics, merchandising and marketing, and vendor selection and management
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, PPC, and platform-specific advertising tools.
  • Be comfortable in ambiguity/start up/lean ways of working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Candidate must have keen business acumen, advanced online customer analytical skills
  • Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g. Seller Central, Jungle Scout, Helium 10)

In NYC, the salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $110,000-$138,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to NYC or Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
