The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.17 to $37.07. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Foothills Ranch, CA
Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Friday - Monday 6AM - 4:45PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall functionality of machinery and systems that support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on conveyor systems, forklifts, HVAC, electrical systems, and other facility equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize operational downtime.
  • Assist with installing, testing, and maintaining new equipment as required.
  • Perform safety inspections and adhere to company and regulatory safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel and other teams to address maintenance needs efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to maintain workflow continuity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
