Full Description

The Role:

We are looking for a Brand Designer to help lead design efforts for Fanatics App and Loyalty initiatives. They will be a key partner in creating compelling marketing campaigns that help elevate the Fanatics brand. You will be a member of both the FanApp and Loyalty team reporting into Sr Brand Marketing Director, working on the creative as part of a small marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge in creating original creative designs and be able to execute from ideation to production. They should be familiar working across multiple mediums including art direction, graphic and special design. They should have a deep understanding of composition, color theory, and typography and be able to set the foundation of a design system for a campaign as well as produce individual assets to fulfill a go to market plan across multiple channels - including digital, CRM, print, social and onsite assets. While initially an individual contributor the ideal candidate also has the ability to oversee junior designers as the team grows.

You will have a passion for creativity and are committed to staying up to date with current and future trends and technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. But at all times it must be collaborative and with intention to elevate our design output.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with your Senior Brand Marketing Director, product design and channel owners.
  • Execute campaign work which entails, building presentations, visual centers and key visuals, preparing files, comping and supporting team members marketing plans.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure goals and deadlines are met and must have the ability to maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for sports, the sports lifestyle and the culture around it
  • Connection to the creative industry with creative experience in art direction and design, with ideally a strong focus on consumer and/or tech brands.
  • Great human and confidence in your skills that enable you and your team to flourish.
  • Proven outstanding ability to apply and perform design skills, including ideation, typography, color theory, use of texture, art direction, visual presentation development and layout
  • Great decision-making. Emotionally intelligent with a growth mentality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster and grow relationships across the organization
  • Organized, with ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • 6+ years of experience and the proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
  • Attention to visual details
  • Ability to meet deadlines and experience collaborating with other functions, departments and external partners
  • Animation a plus, but not required

The salary range for this position is $82,000 to $160,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the offer is confirmed. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
