Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
Key Deliverables:
• Support for the logistics services operations for the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and National Paralympic Committees (NPCs)
• Maintain a high level of communication with the NOCs and NPCs regarding their requests
• Develop strong communication with internal FAs, LOG provider and other external stakeholders
• Contribute to any LOG training content, material required for the LOG staff
• Monitor all the information and operations related to arrivals and departures, sport equipment
• Support for other special projects related to delegations.
Requirements
Essential
• Proven experience in Olympic and Paralympic games or international events
• Very good understanding of the services for the end-to-end journey for the delegations
• Good understanding of the logistics services provided to the NOCs and NPCs
• Very good knowledge and experience of the logistics transport for stakeholders between airports, villages and competition venues
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure as well as unexpected challenges
• Ability to work in a dynamic ecosystem with other internal and external entities
• Ability to organize and plan multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Desirable
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Excellent skills with Suite MS Office
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills and communication
• Valid driving license.
