The Crown Is Yours

As a Licensing Associate, you’ll support the Global Compliance & Risk Team in driving licensing, registration, and regulatory initiatives across new and existing markets. You’ll work at the center of a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, partnering with teams across the business and engaging with external regulators to keep operations running smoothly. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining compliance standards while enabling growth in new jurisdictions. You’ll also help shape and improve processes that strengthen how we scale our licensing efforts globally.

What You'll Do

  • Support the global licensing program by preparing, reviewing, submitting, and maintaining license applications, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to guide teams through licensing requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.

  • Communicate with regulatory agencies to facilitate approvals, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong working relationships.

  • Build and improve filing, tracking, and reporting systems to drive efficiency, visibility, and consistency across licensing workflows.

  • Maintain organized records of regulatory communications, documentation, and project updates to keep initiatives on track.

  • Prepare reports and status updates for stakeholders and Compliance leadership to support informed decision-making.

  • Research evolving licensing requirements, interpret regulatory changes, and provide clear guidance to internal partners.

  • Contribute to cross-functional licensing and compliance initiatives as business needs evolve.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, compliance, legal, human resources, customer service, gaming, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • The ability to learn, interpret, and apply laws, rules, and regulatory guidance with accuracy.

  • A process-oriented mindset with a focus on improving systems and driving operational efficiency.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Monday.com is preferred.

  • Paralegal or customer-facing experience is a plus.
