Leicestershire & Rutland FA - Clubs And Volunteers Football Development Officer

LEICESTERSHIRE & RUTLAND COUNTY FA (LRCFA) is inviting applications for the position of Clubs and Volunteers Football Development Officer.

Salary: Starting from £26,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week (Evening & Weekend work required)

Location: Holmes Park, Dog & Gun Lane, Whetstone, LE8 6FA (minimum of two days per week in the office, with flexible working available)

Leicestershire & Rutland County FA (LRCFA) is pleased to offer this full-time role that looks after the strategic development of grassroots football clubs, part of the England Football Accreditation Programme, to achieve sustainable delivery across playing pathways, facilities, club governance, community initiatives and financial sustainability.

This is done through working collaboratively with stakeholders to support clubs in delivering on development plans to meet the needs of their communities. Through working with FA Club Consultants and wider County FA workforce, the Clubs Officer will provide beneficial support and guidance to clubs to help them achieve their development aims, identified through annual self-assessments and reviews. The role will also support the growth, development and retention of volunteers across the game.
