**This role requires weekly on-site work split between CHQ and the Brimley Distribution Center.**

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work in a cross-functional environment that spans across Nike’s matrix of North
America Supply Chain and commercial partners. Teams include but are not limited to US
based Transportation, Canada Marketplace Supply Chain, our Distribution Center, middle and
last carriers, NDDC, Tech, Analytics, and Planning.

Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and
equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off
without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution
centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the
impossible happen every single day.
The Lead Transportation Analyst will act as a Generalist managing the end-to-end
Transportation capabilities for omni-channel Canada marketplace. will partner closely with
our Last Mile Transportation team to provide access to key operational metrics, help lead our
reporting rhythms, support sourcing events, and work closely with cross-functional peers to
support Nike’s Supply Chain and Marketplace Strategy
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The candidate needs to have experience working in large-scale logistics/transportation
operations including experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance
and marketing. A proven leader and individual contributor with ability to spearhead strategy
and execution. Embraces change and challenges at a high rate, building a culture of curiosity
striving for continuous improvement. Capable of identifying long-term needs, establishing
processes, reports, and tools with one-to-two year implementation for future strategic
initiatives. Dynamic strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating in the development of end-to-
end processes. Ability to identify, train, and develop talent for robust succession planning in a
team with diverse set of skills and capabilities. Deficiency analysis with a keen eye towards
continuous improvement. High correlation with root-cause analysis a benefit.
Minimum experience: 6 years


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Transportation Network Planning and Operations
Strategic and operational management of First, Middle and Last Mile
Transportation network for Canada Stores, Wholesale and E-commerce
marketplace
Standup Transportation capabilities to fulfil ecommerce consumer orders
Primary point of contact for Transportation operations to address operational
carrier issues
Lead and execute on holiday transportation strategy across network
Carrier Performance Management (Cost and Service metric inputs for SOW output)
Inbound inventory tracking, reporting and optimization
Alignment for upstream forecast accuracy and Waving Strategies
Equipment and Pickup type Management between Carriers and Nodes
Packaging/Quality issues and resolution. Dwell time optimization
Project Management and Process Improvement
Lead cross-functional initiatives related to logistics, digital order fulfilment, and
system implementations (e.g. Digital Rollout, TMS Solutions, Pool/Warehousing,
Transportation Solutions, etc).
Coordinate with stakeholders across MSC, DCs, and global teams to align on
timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
Support the introduction of digital orders and new fulfilment models in Canada.
Strategic Leadership
Build the foundation for a future Transportation team in Canada by identifying
capability gaps and proposing org design.
Represent Canada’s logistics needs in global forums and ensure alignment with
Nike’s broader supply chain strategy.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones, transportation
performance, and risk mitigation
