He/She will be working as part of Geographies and Marketplace experiences(GaME) Global Technology organisation. Within this organisation he/she will be part of Partner & Sports Marketing

Lead Technical product manager plays an integral part of the Global Technology team as Nike is focused on the Win Now Strategy. This position sits within India Technology Centre (ITC) and reports to Director of Product GaME.

Lead Technical Product Manager will help shape the Partner Support and Communication Strategy for the Nike wholesale partners. He/She will be working closely with Ops team, Geo leads, Global Product Managers and business stakeholders located in WHQ, cross-functional partnering teams within and outside of ITC as well as with engineering teams on a daily basis.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a visionary Lead Technical product manager with a passion for serving the customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross functional teams. He/she should be driven by data and insights, with a focus on delivering an ultimate customer experience. Strong leadership, communication, are essential, with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple partners to execute on a common mission.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Product Management and clearly demonstrated these skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or combination of relevant education, experience

  • Experience working in B2B or B2C.

  • Experience working in CRM is a must.

  • Experience working on AWS Cloud with API knowledge.

  • Understanding of Data integration is a plus.

  • Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills

  • Great business acumen and communication skills

  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Validated ability to adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity

  • Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills

  • Solid grasp on Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Lead Technical product manager for Partner & Sports Marketing team,

He/She will play a key role in shaping the future of Nike. Be an advocate of solving the right problems for our Nike Customers and business teams. Define and drive the roadmap and strategies to ensure it aligns with Nike’s CSR and FY AOP in partnership with functional leadership as well as business/ops teams. Execute the business product roadmap, prioritizing and planning the features based on the needs of the business. Experience using AI tools like cursor for product management activities. Translate business problems into well-defined PRD’s including features, user stories and acceptance criteria. Ability to build good relationship with Ops, business and cross functional teams. Experience working in matrix organisation. Partner with engineering on solution design and architectural decisions and advocate the technical directions, and evaluate decisions and their impact on the business functionalities. Track value delivery and outcomes post deployments to ensure that the product is meeting or exceeding the targets, pivot the product roadmap direction as needed. Great product sense and communicate effectively both verbally and written in a variety of settings and tailor communications to the target audience. Influence others through optimism, self-assurance, and fact-based recommendations.
