WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The role works cross-functionally across Sales, accounts, teams in Logistics (warehouse, transportation) and reports directly to the Director Supply Chain Performance, EMEA.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As Lead Supply Chain NMP, you will help drive Supply Chain Operations serving one of our strategic Partner channels in EMEA across their full portfolio. You will utilize your strong account management and commercial experience to drive efficient operations and mutually profitable growth. Being a dedicated voice of Supply Chain towards our internal and external stakeholders within your specific channel portfolio, you will be a key contributor to support implementation of Supply Chain concepts for an elevated, multi-brand connected member/consumer experience. You are accountable for short and long-term supply chain goals, delivering results towards our operational KPIs (Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability). Flexibly moving to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain.
An ideal candidate for the role should be able to bring and demonstrate the below criteria;
- Previous solid experience in a supply chain/logistics function with a passion for operations, including experience working with retail partners.
- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset, capable of handling large order books and providing meaningful insights to drive operational excellence.
- Proactive self-starter with a track record in leading and delivering process improvements, and a curiosity-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other functions, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Lead, support, and help drive service model differentiation and operational performance in partnership with EMEA Logistics and Transportation teams to deliver mutually profitable growth with your Partner channel.
- Bring the Supply Chain voice to your Integrated Account Squad/Team responsible for operationalizing commercially and financially aligned plans while accounting for operational realities.
- Be a key partner to both external Partner teams and internal Seasonal Execution teams to ensure smooth execution of all pre, in, and post-season activities (including Responsive Order entry, OBR, Shipping, and Delivery).
- Utilize strong skills in matrix management to influence and prioritize work in close collaboration with the Seasonal Execution and Responsive teams to ensure an aligned approach towards operational execution.
- Lead the transformation of the new MPO setup by championing the vision and approach with internal and external stakeholders.
- Play a leading role in mentoring and guiding your teammates (Senior Specialists) to serve the needs of your specific Partner Channel/portfolio.
