WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Lead, SNKRS – SEA&I partners with diverse, cross-functional teams across Planning, Site Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Energy to grow the SNKRS business and strengthen the sneaker community ecosystem. This role works closely with teammates and counterparts across SEA&I, APLA, and Global, aligning strategy, execution, and insights to deliver impact at scale.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven, digitally fluent leader with a deep, authentic connection to sneaker culture. This individual brings strong business judgment, a proven understanding of digital commerce and consumer journeys, and the ability to translate community and consumer insights into clear priorities and platform initiatives that accelerate growth across SEA&I.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial capacity (digital preferred), demand & supply management, brand marketing, or related field

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and drive outcomes

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on experimentation, learning, and growth

  • A genuine passion for sneakers and street culture

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will set the growth vision for SNKRS in SEA&I while delivering monthly, seasonal, and annual business goals.

  • Define strategy and deliver targets: You will adapt and localize the global SNKRS strategy for SEA&I, translating it into clear priorities and delivering against defined commercial and consumer goals.

  • Launch execution: You will lead the product launch strategy and calendar, partnering closely with Site Operations to ensure seamless, end-to-end execution across key moments.

  • Assortment strategy: You will collaborate with APLA and territory assortment planners and SMDs to optimize buys and influence allocations, using consumer insights, data, and deep sneaker knowledge.

  • Digital run-of-show: You will work with Marketing and Site Merchandising to shape the SNKRS digital run-of-show, aligning storytelling, content, and targeted communications to key launches and cultural moments.

  • Business reporting: You will track and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, identifying wins and opportunities to inform actions and future plans.
