We are excited to offer the position of Lead - Sales Representative to an entrepreneurial candidate dedicated to expanding On’s footprint in the Taiwan market. On is the fast-growing running brand globally. Our success is based on the exclusive collaboration with the best sports stores and premium service multi brand partners. On aims to inspire runners all over the world. As a Swiss company, On acts faster, is more customized, and more creative than conventional brands.

Your Mission

To support On’s Wholesale business growth in the Taiwan market. We need a Lead - Sales Representative responsible for collaborating on strategic level decisions, as well as tactical and operational level drivers. An experienced professional with the capability of leading this channel to durable long term growth. The key objective of this role is to further develop On’s business priorities with our partners. This requires a strong interpersonal skills, and customer focus, with an insight driven approach, identifying and securing new commercial opportunities, in order to create value and achieve mutual profitability for both On and our partners. The successful candidate also needs to clearly understand what to prioritize and innovate without relying on predefined paths or maps, starting to build a diverse network within On, while remaining curious and open to learning.

  • Deliver On culture to partners and keep them in the zone in the long run.
  • Understand the consumers, commercial environments, build dedicated product channels and implement long view sales strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, and be a voice to communicate these trends to regional stakeholders.
  • Create the channel criteria and set priorities, develop Accounts’ capability to represent On brand and level up the consumer premium experience in store, such as retail operation excellence and behaviors, visual experience, service process and quality, etc.
  • Be with Accounts and provide guidance and feedback from time to time through regular visits, performance reviews, weekly/monthly meetings, analytic on sustainable sales growth momentum .
  • Work closely with the Senior Lead - Sales Representative Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to build and execute seasonal and long term plans
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve ways of working with the combined goal of providing exceptional customer service to our partners
  • Is a game changer, always proactively identifying new opportunities and better approaches in each dimension and being able to prioritize them.
  • Be a strong team player, share candid feedback and positive impact within the Wholesale team and across the functional team.

Your story

  • 6 years+ experience in wholesale related field in retail or consumer goods industry (Running industry background preferred) Intimately understand the dedicated market commercial environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities, expertise in driving store operation KPI.
  • Strong business understanding of the Wholesale market
  • Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills
  • Excellent communication skills / Mandarin and English
  • Excellent ability to build long lasting relations with key accounts
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field preferred
