Nike Brand Creative Producer
Brand Creative is the Art of Storytelling. We are the storytellers. We are the voice of

engage athletes*, while driving brand distinction and business impact. We aim to

producer plays a crucial role as the creative partner, supporting the brand creative
team to deliver the best possible creative work.
Who You Are:
• Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in project management and production within
agencies or brands.
• Expertise in managing complex timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player with leadership
capabilities.
• Persona:
• Passionate, always learning, and evolving with trends in creativity.
• Exceptionally organized, a natural problem-solver, and comfortable
under pressure
• A master collaborator who inspires and motivates direct teams and
external production crew.
• Language:
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (verbal & written).
What We Work On:
• End-to-End Creative Production Management:
• Manage production from planning to final asset delivery, ensuring
creativity is at the forefront.
• Oversee executions across various physical and digital mediums.
• Lead shoot management on set, acting as the liaison between internal
and external teams.
• Creative Thought Partnership:
• Collaborate closely with Nike's creative team to drive the creative
production process consistently.
• Network and commission work from a broad network of agencies and
creative individuals.
• Continuously seek new talents and partners to enhance creative
outputs.
• Commission and manage multiple creative partners, from renowned
agencies to emerging talents.
• Facilitate creative partner outreach, negotiations, budget management,
and contract execution.
Who You Work With:
• Partner daily with Nike's internal creative team, including designers, art
directors, copywriters, and creative leaders and your production team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Brands, Finance,
Legal, BA, Procurement by project basis.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Sports Marketing and Entertainment teams for
productions involving athletes and/or celebrity talent.

• Passion for creativety, sports and culture
• A wealth of experience in project management or production for agencies or
brand
• Future-forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial
spirit.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix envrioment with multiple business functions and
senior sakehoders, cutting through the noise to challnege the business
priorities and deliver the best creative
• Knowing when and how to drive solutions via speak up
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with current and future creative
technologies and innovations.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
