THE ROLE: 

DAZN is redefining how the world watches sport — and we’re building the future of how fans experience live content across every screen. We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who’s excited to shape the next evolution of TV viewing and multi-platform user engagement at global scale. 
 
You’ll take ownership of high-impact design initiatives across living room platforms, mobile, and web — driving experiences that are immersive, intuitive, and built for the moments fans care about most. This is a rare opportunity to work on a product seen by millions, across markets, languages, and devices, with a team passionate about crafting best-in-class consumer experiences.

As our new Lead Product Designer , you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Own and lead the design of key fan-facing journeys across platforms, with a special focus on TV and living room experiences 

• Create elegant, scalable, and emotionally engaging interfaces that enhance how fans discover and enjoy content 

• Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and localization teams to ship high-quality, user-centric solutions 

• Bring clarity and momentum to complex problems, balancing UX, business, and tech needs 

• Mentor other designers and elevate quality through collaboration and critique 

• Contribute to a culture of creativity, excellence, and experimentation 

You'll have:

• 6+ years of product design experience, including 2+ in a senior or lead role 

• A portfolio showcasing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in B2C platforms focused on engagement and retention 

• Experience designing across living room platforms, mobile, and web 

• Strong visual design skills, interaction craft, and a passion for motion and media experiences 

• Proven ability to influence and lead within cross-functional product teams 

• A global mindset — thoughtful about localization, accessibility, and scale
