Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At Converse, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving world to make things better as a team.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,300.00 in our lowest geographic market to $214,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits on Converse's Enterprise Business Planning Performance Operations & Insights team, which transforms performance data into decision-ready insights.  By delivering standardized reporting, scalable analytics, and automated planning capabilities, we help leaders align around a consistent view of performance and make better, faster decisions. Our team partners across functions such as Planning, Finance, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Technology to improve visibility into business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and drive more informed decision-making.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Converse is looking for an analytical, strategic leader who turns complex business questions into clear frameworks, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations. This person brings deep expertise in planning, performance management, reporting, and analytics, with the judgment to connect insights to business actions and outcomes. They communicate clearly, influence across a matrixed organization, and build trust with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate understands demand, inventory, forecasting, Open-to-Buy, seasonality, marketplace performance, and financial drivers. They can help shape strategy while owning the analysis. They build scalable reporting solutions, strengthen data quality, simplify workflows, and thoughtfully apply emerging technologies to improve planning and decision-making. Curiosity, a continuous-improvement mindset, and collaborative leadership are essential.

  • A minimum of 6 years of directly relevant work experience in planning, analytics, business operations, performance management, strategy, or a related discipline within retail, consumer products, digital, wholesale, or omnichannel environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and modern business intelligence solutions.
  • Proven experience querying data bases such as Snowflake or Databricks
  • Building reporting capabilities in Sigma, Tableau or BI.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive insights, business reviews, performance scorecards, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks, and decision-support materials for senior leaders.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, predictive analytics, reporting modernization, process automation, or artificial intelligence-enabled analytics is a plus.
  • Experience navigating fragmented and evolving datasets, connecting disparate sources to uncover meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will turn complex performance data into insights that sharpen in-season execution and long-range planning. You will build trusted reporting frameworks, elevate executive storytelling, and connect leaders across functions to identify opportunities, manage risks, and make faster, more informed decisions.

  • Lead the development and delivery of weekly business pulses, performance scorecards, executive-review materials, and concise narratives that connect insight to action.
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical views across demand, inventory, marketplace, product, and financial performance. Proactively surface emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strengthen in-season and seasonal planning by clarifying performance drivers, opportunities, and trade-offs. Embed analytics in planning and operating forums so leaders can interpret signals and align on action.
  • Partner with functions such as Planning, Finance, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Technology to improve planning effectiveness, data quality, metric accessibility, and confidence in business reporting.
  • Establish consistent Key Performance Indicator definitions, reporting methods, and planning insights across teams and functions. Evolve data products and analytics solutions that strengthen alignment and decision-making.
  • Automate and simplify recurring analytics and reporting workflows to improve speed, consistency, scalability, and insight quality.
  • Lead cross-functional reporting and planning improvements, shape priorities through fact-based recommendations, and mentor analysts and planning partners across the organization.
