WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Nike moves fast, and this role supports teams to focus, connect, and do their best work. As the Lead Office Administrator, you will work closely with your manager, functional leaders and employees across three China Footwear PMOs, serving as a trusted partner and go-to contact for daily office operations. You will manage supply & resources, support clear communication, and help create a connected and efficient working environment that reflects the best of Nike’s culture.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Your role provides general Admin support to all employees, which primary includes but not limited to the following:
- Vehicle: Managing office vehicles including shuttles to manufacturing partners. Co-ordinating communications with leasing companies and drivers. Monitoring vehicle conditions and driver performance.
- Procurement: Sourcing office supplies like stationaries etc. to support the business needs of employees.
- Travel: Supporting employees with visa applications and other travel-related inquiries. Helping visitors to grant China visas and arrange on-site transportation.
- Third-party Invoice Processing: Preparing payment requests of PMO vendors and GPS related. Collaborating with Accounting team on payment tracking.
- Office Events: Playing a key role in organizing/supporting company events like Annual Party, JDI Day, sports activities and community events.
- Company License: Renewing company licenses and certificates for three Footwear PMOs. Co-ordinating renewal and validation of other company legal documents.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Minimum of 5 years of administrative work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse personalities
- Proactive and structured team player
- Ability to work independently, pay attention to details and take initiative to follow-through on requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Ability to occasionally work outside of core business hours
