Job Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a balanced sales plan that considers sales, margin, and inventory, ensuring the achievement of financial targets and marketplace health for Nike Wholesale business. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive NSP top door/concept growth through sell-through analysis, buy planning, assortment optimization, and in-season actions. 

Job Description Details:

  • Lead GC WS revenue forecasting for CSR & AOP based on marketplace capacity, working with marketplace and Finance teams to align KPIs (e.g., Nike revenue, retail sales, marketplace inventory). 
  • Collaborate with Account MFP and Consumer Planning teams to deliver an aligned MFP plan through consumer code gates.
  • Oversee cross-season MFP planning for NSP-prioritized top doors and new concepts, partnering with Concept AP to maximize sales, full-price sell-through, and inventory balance. 
  • Monitor in-season performance of top doors and implement data-driven actions to address opportunities or risks. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to share business insights on top doors, analyzing retail KPIs and product performance. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related field preferred
  • 7+ years with demonstrated experiences on retail business planning. WHSL business experience is preferred.
  • High learning agility. Demonstrated capability on quick read & react to the dynamic marketplace environment
  • Strong leadership as well as team collaboration capability. Able to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
