WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a MFP/AP Manager, the ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of retail metrics, buying, forecasting, account management, merchandise planning and how they are used across functions to deliver profitable and sustainable growth for Nike. The candidate should possess strong ability to interpret financial sales data, Retails sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business, strong communication skills, as well as commercial acumen. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will develop seasonal investment units plans, retail sales, margin, open to buy (OTB), inventory plans and recommendations on key product franchises to invest based on Nike strategy, in collaboration with cross functional teams and retailers aimed at maximizing consumer demand. This will form top-down financial business targets and inputs for Assortment Planning key franchises and recommend to the team to build bottom-up forecast and SKU count framework by franchise and classifications, as guidance to retailers buy plans.

You will track and review these seasonal forecasts (Retail Sales & Units Investment Units) on a weekly and monthly basis to develop actionable recommendations for execution to proactively maximize opportunities and minimize risks across marketplace business units, drive consumer demand, margin and optimize overall marketplace inventory health.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work with cross functional stakeholders within the Nike Team and Account teams to drive topline business strategy within a fast-growing and dynamic business channel. In this role, you will work closely with Assortment Planning, Consumer Analytics, Product Merchandising, Finance, Inventory Operations, Brand, Marketing and Marketplace Business Unit teams to deliver revenue, margin, and inventory productivity goals for Nike's business.

WHAT YOU BRING

· Degree (e.g., Bachelor's) in FInancial Business Planning or related fields with minimum 6 years relevant retail experience in financial and merchandize buying/ business/ demand supply planning.

· Ability to interpret Retail Sales and financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business, comprehensive understanding of retail math. This includes ability to build and understand Stock and Sales Plan (SSP), Open to Buy (OTB), and manage KPIs.

· Strong and demonstrated ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively.

· Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.

· Strong cross-team collaboration; inspire high levels of engagement, trust and collaboration across a matrix environment with diverse group of stakeholders.

· Intellectual curiosity, able to think creatively and offer fresh ideas, while comfortable working in ambiguous environment.

· Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in advanced Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred
