Full Description

Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world’s best athletes. It’s a place where passionate individuals come together to create the future of sport. We are unapologetic about who we are and what we’re after—bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete* in the world. We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The role partners closely with teams across Nike’s enterprise planning and supply ecosystem, including Global Sport Planning, Enterprise Business Planning, Planning Analytics, Sourcing & Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, and Sustainability. These partners rely on the LRSP signal to inform long‑range decisions, scenario planning, and operational readiness.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems‑minded Lead to help shape the future of Nike’s Long Range Supply Plan. In this role, you’ll partner across the enterprise to deliver a reliable long-range supply signal and build modern, scalable tools and processes that streamline how Nike plans years into the future.

This is a high‑ownership role on a lean team—ideal for someone who can zoom in to perfect the details of a transformation model and zoom out to design a future-state system that works across three product engines: Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • Experience in managing and understanding Retail concepts such as open to buy, gross margin, seasonal trending, inventory turn, and sku efficiency

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations

  • Ability to effectively communicate data-dense and/or sensitive topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience to influence action

  • Strong influencing skills, including experience collaborating with virtual teams

  • Sound judgment to elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and appropriate manner

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll own the execution and evolution of Nike’s Long Range Supply Plan across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories—delivering reliable, on‑time supply signals while building more automated, scalable, and resilient planning processes. You’ll balance hands‑on cycle delivery with modernizing data, tools, and ways of working that shape how Nike plans the future.

You will:

  • Execute LRDP → LRSP transformations with speed, accuracy, and rigor

  • Validate data, attribution logic, and long-range supply outputs

  • Build and maintain automated queries, workflows, and planning templates

  • Standardize planning logic across product engines to improve efficiency

  • Create documentation, tools, and training that enable partner teams

  • Develop forecast performance tracking and actionable planning insights
