Above all, you value collaboration, inclusivity, and delivering solutions that work in the real world.

  • 6+ years of experience in labor compliance, employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, or related advisory roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience advising on Asia Pacific labor law, either through HR or legal practice in at least one jurisdiction
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed, multinational environment
  • Preferred: Regional or cross-border experience and proficiency in a second language

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will drive labor compliance across Asia Pacific—translating law into action, enabling the business to move forward with confidence while managing risk. You’ll partner cross-functionally, shape processes, and respond to an evolving regulatory landscape with clarity and speed.

  • Advise HR and business partners on labor compliance topics including wages, working time, leave, terminations, severance, and social security across Asia Pacific
  • Monitor legislative changes, assess business impact, and guide stakeholders on required actions to stay compliant
  • Lead labor audit engagements and government interactions—preparing stakeholders, reviewing submissions, and managing risk mitigation
  • Identify compliance risks and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve, mitigate, or appropriately manage exposure
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Global People Solutions, People Solutions Consultants, Business HR, and Employment Legal to deliver consistent and scalable solutions
  • Develop and refine guidance, standard operating procedures, and playbooks to ensure consistent regional application
  • Support regional projects and continuous improvement efforts, including adoption of technology and AI-enabled solutions
