ABOUT THE ROLE

Drive strategic priorities and business initiatives across the organization, translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution. The role combines strategic thinking, project management, data analytics, and business storytelling, with a strong focus on the sportswear industry and supporting multi-brand account teams.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Strategic Planning & Business Integration

• Support on partner strategic planning and development plan.
• Translate business strategies into clear priorities, initiatives, and execution plans.
• Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and business analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution of key initiatives.

Project Management

• Lead strategic cross-functional projects from planning through execution, managing milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish effective ways of working and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and account teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

Business Analytics & Storytelling

• Analyze business performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics.
• Translate data and insights into clear business recommendations.
• Develop high-quality executive decks and compelling business narratives.

AI & Process Optimization

• Leverage AI tools to simplify workflows, improve process efficiency, and enhance team productivity.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions across project management, analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
• Drive more efficient, scalable, and data-driven ways of working.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, business integration, or related functions in sport or retail industry
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent oral & written communication in both English & Chinese
