- A strategic thinker: With a degree in business or equivalent, you have a keen understanding of sales, retail, and marketing, with 2+ years of experience to back it up.

Your Mission

- Score big with Key Accounts: Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth while meeting commercial expectations and staying true to PUMA's brand objectives.
- Master the playbook: Own and execute our annual selling and activity schedule, including strategic business reviews and seasonal range presentations.
- Track the stats: Hit seasonal sell-in targets, align on KPIs, and ensure smooth order management to deliver results.
- Be the coach on the sidelines: Monitor and report sales, margins, and market performance to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Inspire the team: Develop and mentor your teammates, fostering a high-performance culture.
