The Role
Are you passionate about people? Curious about how companies find top talent? Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the exciting world of recruitment? We're on the lookout for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Tallinn on a 3-month contract — and this could be the start of something great.
Main Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Keeping our ATS squeaky clean and up to date with all candidate progress
- Supporting job postings, sourcing, screening, and follow-ups
- Assisting with career fairs and talent events — and maybe even repping us at one!
- Partnering with universities and student organizations for outreach
- Getting involved in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment campaigns
- Suitable for internship
Required Skills
- Super organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling tasks
- Clear communicator who’s confident writing emails and job ads
- Curious about all things in Talent Acquisition — no prior experience needed!
- Open to learning new tools and systems (we’ll show you the ropes)
- Comfortable talking to people — whether it’s on the phone or in-person
- Proactive, dependable, and genuinely interested in how teams grow
